Fix {First Name} Variable

Feature Request

Since LinkedIn pulls titles like Dr. or Prof. into the first name attribute, automated messages to such persons are instantly detectable because it will say: “Hey Dr. Bob, …” instead of “Hey Bob, just ..”

    For now, the system uses the Prof or Dr. as Firstname. This should be changed…

    Currently using ICP Scoring to filter them out before messaging, but missing out on follow ups.
