Create Custom Labels for DMs to organise Inbox

Feature Request

It would be great to be able to create custom labels/tags for conversations in the DMs and use them as filters to organise the DMs.

Example: Label:” Proposal Sent” + Label:” Inbound”

Then, I can use these filters to sort out the conversations with these tags/labels

    Yes, I agree.

    In fact, I would use this every day if I could tag these people, these leads without them needing to be in a campaign.

    Yes please, as someone working in recruitment, I have both clients and candidates in my inbox, so I need basically a custom lead status option + filtering by the status of the lead
